Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Mobilizer / Community Outreach Executive to support candidate mobilization and admissions for training programs. The candidate will be responsible for community outreach, counselling prospective candidates, and coordinating admissions while maintaining proper records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct community outreach, door-to-door visits, and awareness activities.
- Mobilize eligible candidates for training and skill development programs.
- Counsel candidates and families regarding training courses and job opportunities.
- Guide candidates through the admission and documentation process.
- Complete student admissions as per organizational and ACSF guidelines.
- Maintain records of enquiries, mobilization activities, and follow-ups.
- Update mobilization data and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with centre teams for batch planning and admissions.
- Ensure candidate joining and attendance on reporting dates.
- Follow up with candidates to reduce dropouts during training.
- Share field feedback, challenges, and suggestions with reporting managers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in community mobilization, counselling, admissions, or field work preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and community interaction.
- Local language proficiency preferred.
