Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Engineer Trainee (Fresher) to join our team for ongoing construction projects in Thiruvananthapuram. Candidates will get practical site experience and training in construction supervision, site coordination, measurement, reporting, and execution activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in daily site activities
- Monitor construction work and site progress
- Coordinate with workers, supervisors, and vendors
- Maintain site reports and measurements
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions
- Support material tracking and quality checks
Eligibility
- Freshers can apply
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of construction and site work
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites in TVM
Salary & Benefits
- Stipend / Salary: ₹8,000 per month
- Travel Allowance (TA) provided separately
- Electric scooter can be provided for site travel
