Aclean Energies Pvt Ltd is seeking a responsible and organized Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely purchase of goods and services at the best possible cost and quality.
Responsibilities :
- Procure materials for solar EPC ground-mounted projects
- Source vendors for solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, and accessories
- Compare quotations and negotiate best rates and terms
- Ensure timely procurement as per project schedule
- Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements
- Maintain purchase orders, GRN, and vendor records
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
- Track inventory and avoid project delays due to material shortage
Qualification :
- Any Graduate (Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce preferred)
- B.E. Electrical / Diploma Electrical
Skills Required :
- Knowledge of Solar EPC procurement process
- Understanding of solar components (modules, inverter, structure, BOS)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- MS Excel and documentation handling
- Ability to coordinate with multiple project teams
- Good communication and follow-up skills
Experience :
Min. 2–5 years of experience
