Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day finance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, MIS reporting, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Handle GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliances
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
- Ensure timely salary processing and vendor payments
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Experience in handling end-to-end accounts independently
- Knowledge of payroll processing and audit handling is an added advantage
