The Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for My Digital Housing spanning digital campaigns, offline activations, brand communications, channel starter with deep familiarity with the open plots segment in Hyderabad’s Peri-urban markets, and the ability to translate market insights into campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for each project (open plots, gated communities, and farmlands) aligned with sales targets.
- Define go-to-market strategy for new project launches — including pricing communication, USP positioning, and competitive benchmarking.
- Oversee legal formalities and ensure adherence to RERA and other relevant real estate regulations.
- Conduct site visits with clients and explain project layouts, pricing, and payment plans.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for promotional activities and client engagement.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
Qualification & Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of marketing experience in the real estate sector.
- Prior hands-on experience marketing open plot ventures, HMDA/DTCP/RERA-approved projects, or gated community layouts in and around Hyderabad is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Telugu.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
