Indepth understanding of dimensional inspection and quality systems
Familiar with part drawings, tolerances, and measurement tools
Can maintain inspection records neatly and accurately
Knowledge of PPAP documentation, control plans, and check sheets
FMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis
Key Responsibilities-
Carry out in-process and final inspection of components as per drawings and control plans
Prepare and update inspection records, check sheets, and reports
PPAP documentation
Maintain calibration records of gauges and measuring instruments
Support rejection analysis and corrective action follow-ups
Help in implementing quality systems and audit preparation
Monitor deviation and variation characteristics of SC/CC/SPC parameters
Management and cordination of Inspection staff

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
