We’re Hiring: Architect with Architectural and Interior Design experience in High End Residential, Hospitality and Amenities projects
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Arch degree or a diploma/degree in Architecture/ Interior Design.
- Minimum 2 - Maximum 4 years of hands-on experience in architecture, landscape design, and interiors
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
- Strong creative vision, communication skills, and the ability to drive projects forward.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: work with a team of architects and interior designers to ensure creative, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
- Conceptual Design: Develop innovative design concepts in line with client briefs.
- Design Development: Create design models, illustrations, and professional presentations.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the design database following office protocols.
- Team Coordination: Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and ensure team alignment.
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and agencies to drive seamless project execution.
- Site Oversight: Conduct periodic site visits to oversee project execution and address on-ground challenges.
Key Accountabilities:
- Streamline project workflows both within the studio and with external collaborators.
- Ensure the accurate and organized maintenance of project drawing databases.
- Guarantee timely project delivery while upholding design quality and standards.
Desired Profile:
- Proven ability to independently manage projects under the guidance of a senior architect/designer.
- Prior experience in private residences, hospitality and high-end amenities projects is preferred.
- Expertise in coordinating drawings and details with consultants.
- Strong knowledge of market practices, materials, rates, and vendor profiles.
- A commitment to a minimum tenure of 2 years in the role.
