Job Summary
Infinity Research Work is urgently hiring motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to generate leads, counsel research scholars, and convert inquiries into clients for our academic research services. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand client requirements related to PhD, thesis, dissertation, research paper writing, publication support, and data analysis services.
- Explain service offerings and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Update lead status and customer information in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with academic experts and support teams for client onboarding.
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in telesales, education counseling, academic services, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in educational consulting, EdTech, research services, or lead generation.
- Candidates with experience handling PhD scholars, students, or academic clients.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
