Position Overview
Shri Infra is looking for a confident and energetic Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and support the sales team through effective telecalling and follow-up activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
- Introduce company services related to construction and industrial building projects.
- Generate and maintain client leads through telecalling and online sources.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested clients.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic project information.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build positive relationships with clients and maintain good communication.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
