Responsibilities:
- Scanning Documents:
- Operate scanning equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all documents are scanned clearly and legibly.
- Organize scanned documents in digital format according to established guidelines.
- Filing Documents:
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure documents are filed in the appropriate locations for easy retrieval.
- Keep filing systems updated and organized regularly.
- Renaming Folders:
- Rename digital folders according to naming conventions and organizational standards.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in folder naming.
- Update folder names as necessary to reflect changes or updates.
- Post Couriers:
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for courier services.
- Complete necessary documentation for courier services.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of outgoing mail and packages.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Provide support to other team members as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in operating scanning equipment and software.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to follow naming conventions and filing systems accurately.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.
