Role Overview
We are looking for a Research Analyst / Research Associate to support data-driven research and insight generation for strategy and campaign initiatives. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed decision-making across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research on political, social, and campaign-related topics.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and identify meaningful patterns and insights.
- Support survey design, data collection, and constituency-level studies.
- Prepare research reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Track public sentiment, trends, and campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with strategy, digital, and field teams to align insights with execution.
- Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and research quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics or visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to structure information and translate data into clear insights.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Preferred Background
- Experience or academic exposure in research, analytics, political science, public policy, or related fields.
- Interest or exposure to political campaigns, governance, or public affairs is an advantage.
