Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile workshop management or related roles.
Strong technical knowledge of car servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
Leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (Odia if local).
Basic computer knowledge for record keeping and billing.
