Business Development Team (Approx. 10 members)
Role Objective
The Chief Marketing Head will be responsible for driving overall revenue growth by managing
the sales team and achieving individual sales targets, with a primary focus on Nakshatra’s
proprietary solutions such as ERP for Foundry and Machine Shop industries. The role involves
strategic planning, team performance management, and expansion of product adoption
across multiple software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Target Management
Drive overall revenue targets through the allocated sales team.
Achieve individual sales targets for Nakshatra’s proprietary ERP products for Foundry
and Machine Shop industries.
Monitor team performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 Business Development members.
Allocate targets and monitor achievement of each team member.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
3. Product Sales & Market Expansion
Drive sales of multiple products including:
Nakshatra ERP for Foundry & Machine Shop
Tally Prime (New Sales)
Tally Software Services (TSS)
HRMS Solutions
Customization Solutions
WhatsApp Business API (WABA)
AWS-based solutions
Develop strategies to expand the market presence of these products.
4. Sales Strategy & Market Development
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for Nakshatra's proprietary
products.
Identify potential industries and customers for ERP adoption.
Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
5. Sales Process Management
Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Ensure proper use of CRM or sales tracking systems.
Review proposal quality and sales approach to improve conversion ratios.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for product demonstrations
and solution delivery.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on market requirements.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation.

Experience Requirement
8–12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Experience in ERP / Software / SaaS / IT solutions preferred
Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
