Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage contracts from tender stage to final execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify procurement requirements and develop strategies for material sourcing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating prices, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Oversee purchase operations, including vendor development, management, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by managing contractual obligations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in contract management or a related field (construction industry preferred).
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Civil or Mechanical Engineering).
- Strong understanding of contractual tendering processes and legal aspects of construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with vendors.
Pay: ₹424,833.12 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
