Role Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a fast-growing EdTech organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews).
- Help with onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and attendance data.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement and performance tracking initiatives.
- Assist HR Manager in implementing HR policies and processes.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred: HR, Management, or Psychology).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR tools and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Passionate about working in a startup and learning HR operations.
