- Position: Field Marketing Executive / Medical Liaison Officer

Core Responsibilities
- Referral Network Development: Conduct regular field visits to local physicians, general practitioners, and dental clinics to establish and expand a robust referral pipeline for craniofacial, reconstructive, and advanced dental surgeries.
- Hospital Advertising & Outreach: Execute on-ground promotional strategies. Distribute clinical marketing collateral, coordinate local offline advertising efforts, and organize community health camps or continuing medical education (CME) events to elevate facility visibility.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between referring doctors and the hospital. Ensure seamless communication regarding patient admissions, treatment progress, and discharge summaries to maintain trust with external partners.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor local healthcare trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate logs of daily field visits, doctor interactions, and referral conversion metrics to present to hospital administration.
Required Competencies
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in healthcare business development, pharmaceutical sales, or hospital field marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional medical networks, clinical terminology, and patient referral dynamics.
- Communication: High proficiency in negotiation, relationship-building, and professional presentation. Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is required for effective local engagement.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory and manage a dynamic field schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
