Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in cupping therapy, weight loss, and other skin and hair services.
- Explain clinic treatments, packages, and programs clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into clinic visits, consultations, and package enrollments.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and reminders to maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with front desk executives and clinic managers to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Handle basic client queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the clinic brand positively.
- Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working days & you will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
