Position :- Operations Executive (Floater) – Goregaon | Borivali | Andheri
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive (Floater) to join our team. This role requires the candidate to work across our Goregaon, Borivali, and Andheri centers on a rotational basis (alternate days) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Shift / Work Timings:- Day Shift. 11.30am to 8.00pm. Sunday Working. Any other day, weekly off.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets / Docs / Slides)
- Good Communication Skills & ability to interact with students & parents
- Analytical Skills & Ease with Numbers.
- Interest in customer service
- Interest in the education field
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry, record maintenance and basic reporting
- Handling ERP, CRM & LMS Softwares
- Maintaining log of customer queries & resolutions
- Stock keeping and records update
- Assisting in center operations, including installment recoveries.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
