Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble pneumatic and vacuum systems including cylinders, solenoid valves, FRL units, vacuum pumps, vacuum receivers, filters, and fittings.
- Install and connect pneumatic tubes, vacuum hoses, pipelines, and clamps as per technical drawings.
- Read and interpret pneumatic circuit diagrams and mechanical assembly drawings.
- Perform leak testing, pressure testing, and functional testing of assembled systems.
- Operate hand tools, torque tools, drilling machines, and measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.).
- Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain production records and follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Identify defects, troubleshoot minor issues, and report technical problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area (5S compliance).
Required Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in pneumatic or vacuum system assembly.
- Knowledge of air pressure systems and vacuum conveying systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures.
