Depot Manager
- Ensuring smooth fleet administration and planning optimal fleet routes to ensure non disruptive service
- Closely monitoring vehicle deployment as per the planned schedule.
- Supervising and improvising operational efficiency of Depot
- Supervising and guiding team of Depot Supervisors, Route Supervisors, Charging staff, Drivers and all other administrative staff.
- Maintain record of all the documents submitted by the staff while joining the depot operations.
- Ensure appropriate expenditure by depot team and keep account of petty cash expenses at the depot
- Keep an up-to-date record of depot maintenance, staff safety measures, fire safety provisions, vehicle status, drivers' fitness status, drivers' training needs, etc.
- Reconciling with the concerned authorities for any discrepancies brought to notice by the Depot Supervisor.
- Preparing Daily / weekly/monthly reports, submitting the same to the Territory Heads & Head Office.
- Proactive in directing subordinate staff for action to be taken in case of bus breakdowns, accidents and other vehicle casualties/ other issues in depot functions.
Experiance- Candidate with 4-5 years of experience of effectively managing overall Depot functions of Public Transport system(Electric Buses). Candidate should have expertise in Electric Vehicle Fleet management & Administrative skills
Education : Any Graduate
Job Location : Rajkot, Gujarat
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
