About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, trend-aware, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive who can build strong brand visibility and engagement across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, social media trends, audience behavior, and paid advertising.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, monitoring, and optimizing social media campaigns that generate engagement, brand awareness, and quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly and quarterly social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google platforms.
- Research competitors and analyze industry trends to improve brand positioning.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Prepare campaign strategies for launches, promotional activities, festive campaigns, and branding initiatives.
2. Content Planning & Management
- Prepare detailed monthly content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for timely content execution.
- Plan engaging content formats including reels, carousels, static creatives, stories, and advertisements.
- Ensure content consistency with brand tone, identity, and marketing goals.
- Generate innovative campaign ideas and storytelling concepts for social media.
3. Content Writing & Creative Direction
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, taglines, ad copies, and promotional content.
- Create powerful reel hooks and attention-grabbing advertisement scripts.
- Develop audience-focused content that increases engagement and conversions.
- Suggest creative concepts for posters, reels, testimonials, educational videos, and branding campaigns.
- Ensure all written content is grammatically strong, impactful, and aligned with current trends.
4. Trend Research & Competitor Analysis
- Regularly monitor social media trends, viral content styles, trending audio, and industry updates.
- Compare competitors’ content strategies, advertisements, reels, and audience engagement patterns.
- Analyze successful brands and implement suitable strategies for business growth.
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, social media updates, and digital marketing trends.
5. Meta Ads & Performance Marketing
- Possess basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Library.
- Understand audience targeting, campaign objectives, ad creatives, and lead generation campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance metrics such as reach, CTR, CPC, engagement, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize paid campaign performance.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and platform insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze engagement metrics, audience growth, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
- Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Monitor ROI and campaign success rates.
7. Brand Building & Audience Engagement
- Build and maintain a strong online brand presence.
- Engage with audience comments, messages, and interactions professionally.
- Increase followers, engagement rates, and customer interaction organically.
- Maintain positive communication with online communities and audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google platforms.
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Library.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and paid campaign structures.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to identify trends and create engaging social media concepts.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
