Job Description – Software Support & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for internal software applications and systems.
- Assist in software testing, bug tracking, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the development team to report and verify software defects.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Support system implementation, software deployment, and user onboarding.
- Work with databases to retrieve and update information as required.
- Perform basic SQL queries and data validation.
- Assist in API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Learn and work with new technologies as per business requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain project updates.
Required Skills
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of APIs and software development lifecycle.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
- Knowledge of Git, cloud platforms, or AI tools will be an added advantage.
