Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced TLMS Implementation Consultant to implement and deploy NWAY Transport & Logistics Management Software (TLMS) at client locations. The role involves understanding transport business processes, configuring software modules, training users, managing go-live activities, and ensuring successful client adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client business requirements and map logistics workflows.
- Configure TLMS modules including Transportation, Fleet, Financials, Inventory, Billing, and Reporting.
- Conduct UAT, user training, and prepare functional documentation.
- Coordinate with the development team for customizations and third-party integrations (GPS, e-Way Bill, GST, FASTag, Payment Gateway, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end implementation, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure timely project delivery.
- Travel to client locations across India for implementation and support.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of ERP or enterprise software implementation experience.
- Knowledge of transportation, logistics, fleet management, supply chain, or ERP business processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, training, and client-facing skills.
- Basic SQL/database knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client implementations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
