You’ll oversee day-to-day telesales operations, guide your team to hit targets, and ensure top-notch quality in every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a telesales team to achieve daily & monthly sales targets.
- Ensure quality control of calls and adherence to scripts.
- Allocate telecalling lists, manage rosters, attendance, and leaves.
- Conduct daily team briefings before shifts.
- Monitor and review performance; provide regular feedback & retraining where needed.
- Maintain accurate sales & account reports and ensure timely payment deposits.
- Track competitor activities, offers, and performance trends.
- Interview & shortlist candidates for the telesales team.
- Ensure maximum manpower utilization for peak productivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
- 2+ years’ experience in telesales/telemarketing leadership roles.
- Proven ability in objection handling and closing sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and motivate a team to deliver results.
