Job Title: HR Executive – IT Operations
Job Location: First Floor, Thillai Sivam Complex, 26/1, Gokhale Rd,
Chinna Chokikulam, Madurai- 625002
Job Purpose
The HR Executive – IT Operations is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. The role supports organizational growth by ensuring effective people practices, operational excellence, and compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
3. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
4. Screen applications, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
5. Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain an updated hiring dashboard.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
1. Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees.
2. Conduct induction and orientation programs.
3. Manage employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
4. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS.
HR Operations
1. Administer attendance, leave management, and employee records.
2. Support payroll by providing timely and accurate employee data.
3. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
4. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across HR systems.
Employee Relations & Engagement
1. Build and maintain positive employee relationships.
2. Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
3. Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs.
4. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Performance Management
1. Coordinate the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.
2. Support managers in performance discussions and employee development planning.
3. Monitor completion of appraisal activities and maintain related records.
Learning & Development
1. Identify training needs in collaboration with business leaders.
2. Coordinate technical, functional, and behavioral training programs.
3. Track training effectiveness and maintain learning records.
4. Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
HR Compliance
1. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
2. Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.
3. Support internal and external audits related to HR compliance.
4. Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and HR governance standards.
Exit Management
1. Manage employee resignation and separation processes.
2. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
3. Coordinate full-and-final settlement with relevant departments.
4. Recommend retention initiatives based on employee feedback.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
- 3–6 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in an IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, or Technology organization.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
