Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Design & Estimation Engineer responsible for designing fire protection systems, preparing BOQs, cost estimation, and supporting project execution activities. The candidate should have knowledge of fire fighting and fire alarm systems as per relevant standards such as NBC, NFPA, and TAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare design and layout drawings for:
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Sprinkler Systems
- Hydrant Systems
- Pump Room Layouts
- Perform hydraulic calculations and system sizing.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimations.
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare technical submittals and compliance documents.
- Ensure designs comply with NBC, NFPA, TAC, and local fire norms.
- Support procurement and execution teams during project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits when required for survey and technical discussions.
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
