Job description
1. Handle international flight bookings, reservations, and ticketing using GDS (Galileo) efficiently and accurately.
2. Provide expert advice to clients on travel itineraries, fare options, and travel-related queries.
3. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.
4. Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and fare structures to offer competitive and cost-effective solutions to clients.
5. Process cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings promptly and efficiently.
6. Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
7. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information using our internal systems.
8. Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
9. IATA Certification Preferable
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
