We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beautician Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training in beauty and wellness. The trainer will teach students professional beauty techniques, ensure hands-on learning, assess performance, and prepare trainees for employment in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in beauty and wellness.
- Teach skincare, facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, makeup, and basic hair care.
- Demonstrate beauty techniques and supervise practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments.
- Assess students through written and practical examinations.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and student progress reports.
- Guide students on professional ethics, customer service, and salon management.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed in the training lab.
- Maintain beauty equipment, tools, and products used during training.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Beautician, Cosmetology, or Beauty & Wellness.
- Graduation is preferred.
- Certified Trainer qualification (if applicable) is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Beautician, Beauty Therapist, or Beauty Trainer.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.

Salary

Pay: ₹9,201.58 - ₹36,396.23 per month
