We are looking for an HR professional with hands-on experience in core HR functions and HRMS implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, and basic statutory compliance
- Implement and support HRMS / HCM solutions
- Work on HR process design, system configuration, integration, testing, and enhancements
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRMS issue resolution with technical teams
- Provide user training and ensure smooth system adoption
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR and HRMS implementation/support
- Experience in HR process mapping, configuration, customization, and testing within HRMS
- Basic project coordination skills in HRMS implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
