We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Telecaller to support our Sales and Digital Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with leads generated through various marketing channels, qualifying prospects, scheduling site visits, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to occupancy growth across our coworking spaces.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling abilities.
- Experience in lead qualification and appointment setting.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing lead funnels and campaign-generated leads.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
