Key Responsibilities
- Conduct student counseling sessions in schools and colleges.
- Deliver awareness programs on:
- Student Life & Personality Development
- Teen Age Challenges
- Mental Health & Emotional Well-being
- Career Guidance
- Goal Setting & Motivation
- Cyber Safety & Digital Awareness
- Drug De-addiction Awareness
- Good Touch & Bad Touch
- Child Rights & POCSO Awareness
- Gender Equality
- Life Skills Education
- Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and government officials.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and program documentation.
- Travel to schools and rural communities for awareness activities.
- Build positive relationships with students and educators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Education, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, or related field)
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

- Knowledge of adolescent psychology.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English communication.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, PowerPoint).
