We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and acquire customers through field visits.
- Promote and sell the company's products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
