About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional who can drive growth through paid digital campaigns and optimize conversions across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in scaling Label Apurva’s fashion and apparel business, improving ROI, and building strong visibility for our seasonal collections, hero silhouettes, and signature craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Ads & ROAS Management
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Achieve and improve ROAS, conversions, and revenue
- Optimize budgets to reduce CAC and increase profitability
- Scale winning campaigns responsibly

2. Research & Strategy
- Research customer behaviour in fashion & apparel
- Analyze competitors, creatives, offers, and pricing
- Build high-intent audiences (retargeting, lookalikes, warm traffic)
- Create full-funnel strategies (Traffic → ATC → Checkout → Purchase)

3. Creative & Funnel Optimization
- Work with creative team on ad creatives (reels, static, carousel)
- Test hooks, copies, creatives, audiences, and offers
- Optimize Shopify product pages and checkout flow
- Improve conversion rate and reduce funnel drop-offs

4. Tracking & Reporting
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, Shopify Analytics
- Track ROAS, CPA, CTR, ATC, and checkout data
- Share weekly performance reports with insights and improvements
