About the Role
Label Apurva is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and revenue growth across Meta and Google platforms.
This is a growth-focused role for someone who understands media buying, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, analytics, and scaling profitable campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience managing significant ad budgets for D2C brands, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, apparel, or luxury segments.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Management & Revenue Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitable ROAS targets
- Scale winning campaigns through structured budget allocation and testing
- Improve customer acquisition efficiency and reduce CAC
- Manage prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns across channels
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-backed optimizations
2. Performance Strategy & Audience Development
- Analyze customer behavior, purchasing journeys, and conversion trends
- Research competitors, offers, pricing strategies, and market opportunities
- Build and optimize audience segments, including lookalikes, retargeting pools, and high-intent customer cohorts
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to purchase
- Identify growth opportunities across products, collections, and seasonal launches
3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Collaborate with the Shopify and creative teams to improve conversion performance
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, offers, and audience segments
- Identify and reduce funnel drop-offs across Traffic → ATC → Checkout → Purchase stages
- Improve website conversion rates and overall customer journey performance
4. Tracking, Attribution & Analytics
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GA4, and Shopify Analytics
- Ensure accurate attribution and campaign tracking across all channels
- Track and report on key performance metrics including:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CAC
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- Add-to-Cart Rate
- Checkout Completion Rate
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
- Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads budgets for D2C or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Experience with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue through paid acquisition
- Fashion, apparel, luxury, lifestyle, or beauty industry experience preferred
