Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a CRO (Customer Relationship Officer) / Telecaller. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating leads, and providing information about our courses/services over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Maintain records of calls and customer details in the system
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Qualification:
- Any Degree (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of computers
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
