Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in interior finishing works for villa projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing high-quality interior finishing activities, ensuring work is completed as per project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all interior finishing activities at villa projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure finishing works such as flooring, painting, false ceiling, tiling, carpentry, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior works are completed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Resolve site execution issues and coordinate with the project team.
- Verify measurements and monitor material usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works.
- Experience in villa interior projects is mandatory.
- Ability to read construction and interior drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards and finishing materials.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in interior finishing for villa projects.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Willing to work at the Medchal location.
Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
