We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager with agency experience who can build impactful campaigns, drive brand love, and execute high-quality marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Role Overview
The Brand Marketing Manager will lead brand strategy and campaign execution for FOY, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across every customer touchpoint. This role requires someone who has worked in a leading creative, branding, digital, or integrated marketing agency and understands how to translate business objectives into memorable campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with the Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Design, Product, and Business teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from ideation and briefing to execution, launch, and performance analysis.
- Build and strengthen FOY's brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual consistency.
- Create strategic creative briefs for design, content, video, influencer, and performance marketing teams.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies, creators, photographers, production houses, and freelancers.
- Lead campaign planning for product launches, seasonal campaigns, new brand partnerships, and promotional events.
- Identify consumer insights, beauty trends, and market opportunities to shape brand communication.
- Ensure consistency across all digital and offline marketing touchpoints.
- Partner with the Influencer Marketing team to develop integrated creator-led campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to ensure campaigns are optimized for both brand building and business growth.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and project execution.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using key brand and marketing metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Creative Strategy, Account Planning, or Integrated Marketing.
- Mandatory experience working in a creative, branding, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
- Experience handling beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or D2C consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, consumer behaviour, and storytelling.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with creative teams, content creators, influencers, production agencies, and media partners.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience at agencies will be preferred.
Experience working with brands in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or D2C e-commerce will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
