Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate interest.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and targets.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and regional language preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream.
