We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our front office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
Role Overview:
- Receive and assist visitors while ensuring a positive front office experience.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day communication.
- Maintain office records, files, and important documents.
- Prepare reports, update data, and perform basic computer-based tasks.
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office correspondence.
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily administrative activities.
- Handle office supplies and coordinate routine operational requirements.
Who Can Apply?
- 12th Pass, Graduate, or candidates currently pursuing graduation.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Comfortable using MS Office applications and email.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
