Job Overview:To handle customer/branch enquiries, coordinate internally for pricing & feasibility, and ensure timely, accurate communication to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enquiry Handling
- Receive, log, and categorize enquiries (price, availability, sampling, bulk).
- Review parameters: quality, GSM, width, color, quantity, delivery date.
- Respond within defined TAT.
2. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with costing, PPC, production, sourcing, and lab teams.
- Follow up for sample feasibility, fabric/yarn availability, lead times.
3. Quotation Preparation
- Prepare quotations including rate, MOQ, lead time, technical details.
- Maintain enquiry & quotation records in Sheets/ERP/CRM.
4. Customer Communication
- Respond via email/WhatsApp professionally.
- Share updates, approvals, delays, and clarifications.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain enquiry tracker (Open/Responded/Closed).
- Prepare weekly MIS reports.
- Archive quotations, approvals & related documents.
6. Sales Team Support
- Provide availability checks, price confirmations, sample updates.
- Support in catalogue, presentation, and sample note preparation.
Skills Required
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good communication & email drafting.
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
- Detail-oriented & organized.
- ERP/CRM knowledge preferred.
- Textile knowledge (GSM, quality, width) is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce/ Office Management.
- 1–3 years experience in sales coordination/enquiry handling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
