About Us
Rudreswargaonudyog is the exclusive authorised Amul distributor for north Guwahati. We operate dedicated cold room infrastructure, a refrigerated delivery fleet, and a dense kirana retail network across our zone. We are now formalising our accounting and inventory systems and are looking for a certified Tally professional to lead that transition.
Role Overview
This is a full-ownership accounting role, not a data-entry position. You will be responsible for maintaining our books, managing GST compliance, reconciling stock, and producing weekly MIS reports directly for the Operations Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily sales, purchase, and journal voucher entry in Tally Prime
- Stock management — GRNs, godown-wise inventory, batch tracking, and weekly physical reconciliation
- GST compliance — GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation and filing
- Accounts receivable and payable — debtor ledger maintenance, ageing reports, collections follow-up
- Bank and UPI reconciliation on a daily basis
- Weekly P&L, cash flow, and outstanding reports for management
Requirements
- Valid Tally Prime certification (mandatory)
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Accounts or Finance)
- 1–3 years of experience preferred; strong freshers with certification will be considered
- Working knowledge of GST accounting and return filing
- Experience in FMCG, wholesale distribution, or multi-godown operations is an advantage
- Based in Guwahati or willing to relocate immediately
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
