Job Description – Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and construction work.
- Ensure work execution as per drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Maintain site reports and documentation.
- Assist engineers in project execution and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of site execution, construction practices, and quality checks.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Good team coordination and labour management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting.
