About the role -
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously without compromising quality. You will play a pivotal role in driving our digital presence, engaging our audience, and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising simultaneously
- Prioritize and manage competing deadlines across projects with minimal supervision
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, content, sales, and product
- Monitor and adapt campaigns in real time based on performance metrics
- Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and reporting models to track campaign KPIs
- Use VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE and macros to automate reporting and data analysis
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders
- Manage and clean large datasets from CRM, ad platforms, and analytics tools
- Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Write compelling copy for ads, emails, blogs, and landing pages
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns to optimize ROI
- Track organic and paid search performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, conditional formatting, and data visualization
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot or similar CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.
