We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the facade industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and developers, and securing facade projects to achieve company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facade and construction sector.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, client visits, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and project owners.
- Track upcoming projects and participate in pre-bid and tender activities.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business development reports.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums.
