Requirements & Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
· 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
· Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, Tally and Cash X.
· High level of Integrity, Interest and attention to detail.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
· Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage/preferred.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
· Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, refunds. (hotels, airlines, etc.)
· Maintain accurate financial records and reports, process invoices, payments, and expense entries.
· Monitor cash flow and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
· Assist in GST, taxation, and other statutory compliance-related tasks (if applicable).
· Reconcile booking data with financial statements
· Coordinate with internal teams for accurate billing.
