Rainbow Group of Companies is a diversified business organization committed to excellence, innovation, and employee development. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to support our HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding documentation.
- Prepare employment letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and HR events.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisal coordination and documentation.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Support HR audits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Work closely with department heads to address operational HR requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist roles.
- Experience working in a multi-company or group organization is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
