A Hotel Management Trainee works across different hotel departments to learn operations, customer service, and management practices.
- Assist in daily hotel operations across departments
- Support guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist in restaurant and banquet operations
- Learn inventory, billing, and reservation systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
