We are looking for an ambitious, highly technical Creative Designer & AI Specialist who knows how to pair classical visual design principles with high-speed AI tools to create stunning graphics, cinematic videos, and high-converting marketing assets.
What You’ll Do
- Generative AI Asset Creation: Leverage top-tier AI image tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) to generate high-resolution campaign visual concepts, social graphics, custom imagery, and UI layout elements.
- AI-Driven Video Production: Script, generate, animate, and finalize short-form & long-form video content using tools like Runway Gen-3/4, Kling, Google Veo, and Sora to produce cinematic motion graphics, AI ads, and social clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Graphic & Brand Design: Design polished brand identity systems, web/app visual assets, marketing collateral, and ad sets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
- Editing & Post-Production: Seamlessly composite AI-generated video and static assets with real video footage, add visual effects, apply color grading, and handle audio/lip-sync generation using modern toolstacks (CapCut, Descript, ElevenLabs).
- Workflow Optimization: Continuously test, integrate, and refine prompt engineering pipelines and emerging generative tools to maximize output speed without sacrificing visual quality or brand consistency.
Who You Are
- Versatile Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in visual graphics, typography, layout, and video editing—with a clear focus on AI-assisted or AI-generated creative projects.
- Prompt Engineering Master: Hands-on experience directing generative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, ElevenLabs) with precise prompt parameters, image-to-video pipelines, and character consistency control.
- Traditional Design Expertise: 3+ years of experience with standard creative suites (Adobe CC, Figma). You know color theory, composition, lighting, and storyboarding deeply—AI is your accelerator, not your crutch.
- Speed & Innovation: You thrive in high-velocity environments, adapting quickly to new design software updates and delivering end-to-end creative campaigns ahead of schedule.
