We are looking for a Software Support Executive who can communicate with customers, explain software services, provide technical guidance, and handle client queries professionally. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of software and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and guide customers about company software and services
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
- Explain software features, benefits, and usage to clients
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details
- Coordinate with the technical and sales team
- Provide customer support through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Assist clients during software onboarding and setup
- Maintain daily reports of calls and customer interactions
- Build strong relationships with customers for long-term support
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer and software knowledge
- Good convincing and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Ability to handle customer calls confidently
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
