Aperture is an AI automation agency building custom AI solutions, websites, and workflow automations for businesses. We're looking for people to help with outbound calling to expand our client base.
What you'll do:
- Call businesses from a verified lead list
- Follow a provided script (no cold pitching from scratch)
- Book 15-minute intro demo calls

- Technical explanations
- Sales closing
- Proposal creation
- Project delivery
Our core team handles all demos, closing, and delivery. You just get the conversation started.
Pay structure:
This is a commission-based role. You earn 15-20% commission on every deal you help close. Mostly projects start from ₹60,000+, so a single closed deal can pay ₹9,000-12,000+. High performers making multiple calls a day and booking several demos a week can realistically scale into the ₹20,000-200,000/month range depending on call volume and conversion.
There is no fixed salary. Earnings are directly tied to performance.
